This blog is about ways of preparing food that minimize hassle and maximize taste. You won’t find recipes telling you to dump a can of cream-of-whatever soup in a casserole dish. What you will find are posts aimed at helping you ditch methods that don’t make sense; some simple recipes that I rely on; easier ways of pulling off more time-intensive things; and books and equipment that I have personally used.
